2、你的任务和职责就是要如何把这种概念转化为通用的、实际的、能让你老板在最短时间内，理解与接受的执行力。当然，这过程中还是需要你们的管理层与老板进行沟通与交流。 3、另外一点也是你自己要注意的，在对任何一件事情做出决定时，你都要表现出此判定结果是由管理层大家的意愿与讨论才定下来的，不是你一个人做出的。 |
