如果需要把网页中上所有的链接都在新窗口打开，可以加入下代码：
<head>
<base target=”_blank”>
</head>
要注意的是：< base >必须写在< head >标记里
这个方法临时解决了我的问题，但是仍然不太方便，css里面怎么写呢？偶再试试！
